Order processing and delivery information
At SmokerAU, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible within Australia. All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
📋 Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
📍 Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within Australia only. We comply with all applicable state and territory regulations governing the sale and delivery of tobacco, nicotine, and related products. We do not ship internationally.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days
- Remote & rural areas: 5–7 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping on all orders over $250!
🔞 Age Verification on Delivery
As we sell age-restricted products, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery to confirm the recipient is 18 years or older. Please have valid photo ID ready if asked. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office or depot.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
⚠️ Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with SmokerAU until we receive full payment.

We do not dispatch on Australian public holidays. Orders placed on these days are processed on the next business day.
